I had the distinct pleasure of taking part in Herb's 80th birthday party. Reserved to a knit group of four, as unpretentious as it was, the ride was just as soothing and delightful.
To me, an eight-decade celebration inspires introspection and contemplation, which the misty and serene weather that day seemed to harmoniously complement. It invited everyone to take a moment and appreciate the profound journey of life.
The day was't all wisdom and reflection, we also came across a bunch of playful sea lions which we found lying on the docks during one of our stops.
